comes under Solapur district. This is one of the 11 Maruti temples established by Samarth Ramdas
Swami (spiritual guru of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj). It is said that Samarth had founded 11 Maruti
temples at different towns and villages in Maharashtra state during his living period 1608 to 1681
years i.e. 17th century.
